After retiring at 67, I was completely exhausted and had no idea what was next in my life. Katie in no uncertain terms, helped identify that I was stuck keeping up a persona, that was no longer useful, if I wanted to regain my physical, mental and emotional health. She helped me identify what I wanted, not what I thought I was supposed to do. It took a few months but now my health is heading in the right direction and I am creating a pretty cool life.
